Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and ADHD Studio Limited ("Stylra", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Stylra mobile app and related services (the "Service"). Please also read our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Stylra. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 16 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. Stylra is not directed to children under 16.

3. The Service

Stylra is an AI outfit generator. You upload a full-body photo and an outfit image, and the Service produces a photorealistic preview of you wearing that outfit. Previews are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly reflect real-world fit, color, fabric, or appearance.

4. Your Account

You sign in using Sign in with Apple, Facebook, Google, or email. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free try-ons. New users receive 3 free try-ons. These are one-time (lifetime) credits — there is no free trial and they do not renew. A credit is used only when a try-on completes successfully; failed generations do not consume a credit.
• Stylra subscription. Unlimited try-ons are available through a Stylra subscription, an auto-renewable subscription. Two plans are offered:
  • Monthly: $9.99 USD per month (1-month period)
  • Annual: $59.99 USD per year (1-year period)
  Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency at the point of purchase.
• Introductory offer. A one-time 50% discount on the first billing period is offered to every new subscriber. When shown, the offer is available for 1 hour from the moment it appears; after that window it expires and the standard price applies. If you accept the offer, the discount applies only to the first billing period; the subscription then renews at the full standard price ($9.99 USD per month or $59.99 USD per year, depending on the plan you chose) until you cancel.
• Payment. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms, including the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). We do not process card payments directly and never receive your payment card details.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the current subscription ($9.99 USD per month or $59.99 USD per year), unless we notify you of a price change in advance as required by Apple.
• Managing & canceling. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings on your device after purchase. Canceling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Restore purchases. You can restore an active subscription on a new device using "Restore Purchases" in the app.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we generally cannot grant refunds directly. You may request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Privacy & Terms. Your use of a Stylra subscription is governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Upload nude, sexual, or otherwise NSFW imagery. We apply automated filtering to detect and block such content.
• Upload images of minors, or use the Service to depict anyone under 18.
• Upload images of other people without their consent, or images you do not have the right to use.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, impersonate, deceive, or harm others.
• Attempt to bypass safety filters, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Reporting misuse. If you believe someone has used Stylra to depict you without consent, to depict a minor, to impersonate or defame another person, or in any way that violates these rules, report it by emailing support@stylra.app with "Report" in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge reports within 24 hours and may remove the offending content, suspend the responsible account, and where required cooperate with law enforcement.

7. Your Content & Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the result images generated for you. To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transmit your content (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.

Stylra and its name, logo, software, and design remain our property and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. AI-Generated Results

Try-on previews are generated by AI and are for visualization only. They may contain inaccuracies or artifacts and should not be relied on as an exact representation of a product or of how an item will look or fit in reality.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stylra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
